Moses was not great because of who he was. He became great, because he was both obedient and humble - the most humble man alive at that time according to scripture. That roughly coincides with justice and mercy.
I retired after 31 years teaching elementary school in Alpine School District. I also spent 8 years in the Utah State Legislature.
After retiring, I taught 5th grade at Odyssey Charter school for a year, then spent a year teaching Oral English at Shandong University in China, and afterward again taught at the charter school for two more years. I then went back to China and taught Oral English for two more years to post-graduate students at Shandong University in China in connection with Brigham Young University.

What do you mean by roughly coincides with justice and mercy?
Obedience and justice go together. Humility and mercy go together.
